CHIENALAFOLIE Return and Refund Policy

At CHIENALAFOLIE, we strive to provide detailed product descriptions to avoid any surprises upon receipt. We want our customers to know exactly what they are ordering and we pride ourselves on our ability to process orders quickly.

Order Cancellation Policy:
Orders are typically processed and/or shipped within 12 hours. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us during this period by email at contact@chienalafolie.com or by telephone at +1 (438) 806-2525. Please include "Cancel my order" in the subject line of your email, along with your full name and order number.

Address error:
It is your responsibility to provide a correct shipping address. If you need to make any changes, contact us immediately. We cannot change the address once the order has been processed and we are not responsible for shipping errors or undeliverable packages.

Return Policy:
Our return policy is 14 days, or 21 days during the holiday season, starting of receipt of your products. To initiate a return, contact us at contact@chienalafolie.com . Return costs are your responsibility and are not refundable.

Return conditions:< br data-mce-fragment="1">Items must be unused and in their original packaging with the shipping label intact. Returns are not accepted for used sanitary products and gift cards.

Refunds:
After receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected. If approved, the refund will be processed within one week to your original payment method.

Late Refunds or missing:
If you have not received a refund, check your bank account first, then contact your bank. There is often a processing time required before a refund is posted.

Sale items:
Only normal priced items can be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable.

Exchanges:
We replace items if they are defective or damaged. Contact us for an exchange at contact@chienalafolie.com .

Return shipping:
Send your produced at: 45 boulevard Brien, Repentigny, QC, J6A 4S3, Canada. If you are returning an item over €50, use a tracking service or insure your shipment.
